Why Join the Oak View PTA?

Our mission is: Oak View Elementary PTA collaborates with staff and parents to provide activities and resources to support the Oak View Elementary community, helping to enrich and enhance the ongoing learning and continued growth and engagement of all our students.

 

Family Membership (2 PTA memberships) $30

Single Membershp (1 PTA Membership) $20

Oak View Teacher/Staff Membership $5

 

By joining as a member, you receive the members-only access to the student directory (a timesaver when planning birthday parties!), but most of all you get a seat at the table. Members vote on how PTA dollars are spent, thereby helping shape the direction of the activities in our community. We plan fun and enriching activities for every child in our school.

PTA sponsors free community-building events like Movie Night, Fall Festival, and Book Swap Bingo. 

But did you know our PTA gives each grade a grant toward educational activities? And that teachers also receive a small grant toward the many, many personal dollars they spend on our children all year long? PTA funds field trip busses, school needs, and teacher appreciation activities.

We do all this and so much more!

But we can't do all these wonderful things without you. We encourage every parent to get involved in their child's school, including becoming a PTA member. Become a member today!
